Satellite radio companies to pay $19.7 million
By JOHN DUNBAR Associated Press Writer WASHINGTON (AP) - The nation's two satellite radio companies have agreed to pay $19.7 million to settle rules violations, a move that is expected to lead to quick approval of their merger.

1 'spam king' sentenced; another escapes
SEATTLE (AP) - There seems to be a lot of spam royalty out there: A Seattle man known as the "spam king" was sentenced to prison Tuesday, while federal officials said someone else with the same criminal nickname escaped from a prison camp in Colorado.
